3- Passing the English language test (TOEFL) with a score of no less than (500) or its equivalent for those studying in the English language, or (IELTS) with a grade of no less than (6), with the exception of those who obtained a bachelor’s degree or licentiate in English from Recognized universities and learners who have successfully passed the courses in master’s programs, and prepared a master’s thesis in English.
4- The student should have a practical experience of not less than three years after obtaining the first university degree, and it is preferable for those who have experience in the field of study with a professional doctorate
